La Yodopovidona Solución al 10% en formato de galón es un antiséptico no jabonoso de amplio espectro, formulado para la desinfección de la piel y mucosas. Su mecanismo de acción se basa en la liberación lenta y continua de yodo diatómico, lo que garantiza una potente actividad bactericida, fungicida y virucida sin la agresividad del yodo metálico tradicional. Al no contener detergentes, es el producto indicado para el "pintado" o delimitación del área quirúrgica.
